Penguino's Pizza

First, Penguino's thin crust is the best in the NW suburbs. It is consistently crispy on the edges and bottom and soft and chewy in the middle. The toppings and cheese are always generous. We prefer pizza to be baked crispy, and they always comply.
Second, Penguino's customer service is outstanding. They consistently deliver ahead of the listed time frame. We order regularly, and they seriously treat us like special friends. Once I chose the wrong toppings online. I had to call them to make the correction. They were incredibly understanding, recognized me as a regular and made the correction. Other places would probably consider that a hassle and not even care about helping. Also, their delivery people are always polite and normal. Most delivery people seem to view you as an annoyance, but that is never the situation with Penguino's
Bottom line, Penguino's has great pizza and great caring customer service.

Very tasty pizza! The service was great - the owner (I think he's the owner) was so friendly and welcoming when I showed up with my son to pick up our pizza. He asked my son if he was excited and ready for Halloween. Even asked what he was going to be! Took the time to know his customers. That's tops in my book!
Pizza was delicious! We ordered the special with pizza, wings, pop, and bread sticks. We got the spicy wings instead of the plain, but my husband enjoyed them. Our sons loved the bread sticks and devoured them. Pizza was tasty and cheesy. Very good!

Easily my favorite pizza joint in the area. Amazing crust on their deep dish, great menu options & prices, wonderful & super friendly staff, and have never had a single mistake in the 15+ times Ive ordered from them over the past few years.

If you havent tried them yet, do yourself a favor and take the chance.

The owner has always been a very kind, attentive man ever since he took it over a few years back now. I don't come in often, but he remembers me every time and always has nice things to say. Solid thin crust pizza. Fair pricing. Never had issues with delivery either when I chose to have it!

The delivery was fast, and the delivery person very friendly. I like to order from here, because I know it's going to be hot, and the food is good. Whether it's for college cram session, or food with friends, I can rely on them. The football palooza pizza is big hit here for sports parties.

Outstanding thin crust pizza. The bread sticks were on point as well. Really nice job! I'll be ordering again.
